We deliver Urban Mist orders throughout South Africa.

Delivery timeframe

Please allow 4–6 business days for your order to be delivered after your order has been confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude South African public holidays.

After you place your order

1. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

2. We prepare and dispatch your Urban Mist order.

3. Once your order is with our delivery partner, tracking details will be sent to you where available.

4. Your order will arrive at the delivery address provided at checkout.

Delivery fees

Any applicable delivery fee is clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Please make sure that your delivery address, contact number, and email address are correct when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay delivery.

Delivery to outlying areas, or delays caused by courier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control, may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you updated.
